NOTHIing...I liked NOTHING Hotel Refused my "PAID" services b/c I am under 21...and have not refunded Booking.com my $264.00, that THEY refused services for. I arrived on time & even the next day with an older relative & my services was still refused after they told me to Bring in a relative over 21.......I called police in order to obtain a police report that company refused my paid services, Propert told police they were waiting to hear from Booking.com & that their Management was not there...this is a family business and they have diverted the requests from booking.com over & over

a Family staff, that keeps giving the run around that the Manager is not there & every time I called to request to speak with one....Clerk keeps saying Manager was there but is not in...Booking.com have contacted by phone & email and Quality Inn & suites have refused to comply with the request of cancelled services by the property & refund of paid services that was refused by the property. police was called and they still refuse to comply
