No refrigerator, no microwave - both were promised. And the air temp was stuck on 75 and office staff refused to help. She was rude and did not know what to do about anything. Woukd NOT stay here again!!!!

Don't stay here! Especially if you are traveling with kids. Drive a little further and there's nice hotels. This place is in the nastiest part of town. We literally didn't get out of our car. There is abandoned buildings and garbage all over the place. The hotel looks awful. No upkeep at all. Weeds, garbage, building in disrepair. Total trash pit. It shouldn't be on booking.com. There were questionable characters around. Hookers and drug addicts. On my confirmation letter it states that if you live local they charge $100 refundable deposit. So what does that tell you? The local population is sketchy! Didn't even care that it wasn't refundable. Gladly lost the $100 to get the heck out of there.
