The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The staff is ok but when you first opened the staff was much more service oriented. The breakfast the last two visits have been awful. Cold and very dirty. Things broken and out of things. We will not be going back. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express down the road when we visit our family. Sad because the first year was great.

Nice and clean property. Friendly staff. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The heater thermostat was off by about ten degrees, but not a big problem

Property was clean and well Maintaned. Parking lot was clean and property was well lit. Restaurants close by.

Checking in was difficult. I booked two rooms through a third party and they could not find my second booking because I had entered the guest name instead of my own.

Positives:
The facility itself (overall) was very clean and well maintained.
Negatives:
Three major issues. (1) the mattress "sank" not giving back support - got very little sleep. (2) commode was built for small children and midgets. Way too low. Way to small an opening. (3) there was no mat or other safety coating for the shower. It was extremely dangerous to take a shower. Almost fell three times. This is a law suit waiting to happen. Fix these three things and you will have a superior facility.
