Positives:
They have a hot breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, & biscuits and gravy. The beds have both soft and hard pillows. There is a desk to work at. The shower has good pressure. The staff are very friendly. There is a safe and fridge in the room.

Our key cards had to be reactivated every day we were there, as they quit working each morning.

The staff and breakfast were great.

This really is temporary, but they were having major renovations during our stay. The whole second floor was unavailable and our particular room had some big things that needed to be fixed like a hole in the carpet. It was explained to us during check-in, but I would have liked some earlier notice in case we decided to stay somewhere else instead of at this hotel during the renovations. But the staff did a great job of making us feel welcome, I know it was out of their control, I would have just liked a little extra notice in case we needed to make other plans.

The staff was nice .. the room was big but didnt ask for a handicap room. Location was good

The room smelled awful! Mold n mildew smelling. Wish I would have know it was being renovated but no room to change too. It was expensive for such a terrible room . Worst holiday inn I have been too hope the Reno makes it better Phones and no internet worked .
