staff was nice, and great location with a lot of food, gas, supplies super close.
Negatives:
Our towels were dirty, the bed linen smelled bad. No towels at the pool. Pool was freezing. Room AC didn't work so it got super stuffy at night.

Being charged an extra 12.50 after I booked and paid…. I had both of my girls listed (15 & 17) and was charged another 12.50 at the hotel (which should’ve been listed when I booked on here) because they are both considered adults….. then charged $100 for incidentals after I already had a card on file for it. Then told “that’s why we don’t like people using 3rd parties to book”

Night shift front desk did not respect night time hours. Called me at 2am to come down to the front desk to ask for my card information again because their computer wasn’t working properly. I asked if it could wait until morning and she said no.

We were traveling to a conference in Nashville, and Paragould was a halfway point. There are mostly small towns in the area.

It was an older facility. We were told the pool was out of commission. The rooms had doorways both outdoors to the parking and indoors to a hallway.
