Positives:
I booked this hotel last minute due to the weather. I had never stayed at Aloft before. Everything about the hotel was amazing. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Just in time to enjoy a free beverage at the bar. My room was spotless and quiet.
Negatives:
nope! I would give this hotel 20 stars if I could!!

Negatives:
No staff in lab by at time of check in, we had to wait along with 4 other customers. We were to get one room with a king and another room with 2 queens and asked that they be joined. The other issue was my bed, every move I made the popping was loud!

Everything was incredibly clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff quickly provided a crib upon request.
Negatives:
The hotel placed an authorization hold in the same amount of the reservation on my credit card.

The bar down stairs bumped the volume so loud you could hear it all the way to the top floor and I asked the staff to take it down a notch, but they only got louder. Not good for folks who were just looking for a night of rest.

We booked for 2 days in advance ( king) check in was told kings weren't available due to out of order ? Double bed it is. Room a little weird layout. Dog hair on the pillow. Tv did work for a while. Phone in room has no way of reaching front desk.

We have stayed at the Aloft before and had good experiences.
Negatives:
They changed the room from a King to a double queen and were very abrupt about why and would not consider changing the meet the reservation. I let them know if would be the last time we would stay there and they could have have cared less.
