My desk chair was broken and I almost landed on the floor, bad odor in room and smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Desk clerk in the morning listened to my complaints and had a very “who cares” attitude

It was just ok. Our mattress in room 317 was NOT good, very lumpy. Toilet was way to low!! Remote to the TV only worked part of the time. Breakfast was odd, needed to be cleaned & restocked. Clerk that checked us in not very friendly. Clerk that checked us out much friendlier!
