The location and the friendliness of the front desk clerk. The breakfast was to be continental, but was a complete hot meal. Delicious cheesy scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy , waffles plus all of the usual morning menu at hotels.

Bed bug bites all over me. Young girl clerk very rude and unhelpful. They rebooked the room before checking into my complaint and said those guests didn't complain. Horrible customer service and nasty old carpet probably housing the bugs.

The only thing that was puzzling was that all the door on our floor were not locked on our arrival. They were propped open with the flip lock at the top. What I think happened is, after house keeping finished they forgot to secure the doors.

The bed was very uncomfortable!! Didn't get any rest. Breakfast was not good. Coffee was empty,biscuits were cold and dry,the sausage not only looked bad, it tasted bad. I wouldn't recommend this hotel!
