Staff very nice and helpful. When we returned to our room the lock was broken,staff tried to assist,took about 20 minutes, finally my son helped her and got the door unlocked,it appeared from the lock and door it had happened before,a little scary. Faucet was broken,used the tub faucet,blinds on window broken. Beds were comfortable.

Positives:
We only stayed 4 hrs an had to pay full price because check out time was at 11 am we arrived an checked in at 7am. The front desk guy was rude if we didn't need sleep to continue driving an to get out of the fog we would have never stopped. The 4 hrs we did stay was full of barking dogs loud staff slamming doors an yelling. All in all was a very bad experience and will not go back.

Lol omg anything and everything could have been improved the bed was hard an dirty we got a blanket out of our van an slept on top of your blankets room was very cold an the heater felt like very little heat was coming out. Lol it's laughable the experience we had an like I said we paid full price for 4 hrs.
