Having a small kitchenette

Other patrons smoking weed right outside the main door. When entering another patron asked if I was there to make a “house call”. No front desk attendant after 10pm so kids were running up and down the halls at midnight. Car alarm going off for almost 45 mins. Towels were stained and had hair on them.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable. And I did see two cockroaches.

The bathroom was dirty The shower was dirty No avia receptionist No to receive us And even when we left I asked to pay on the spot And they told me that they would charge me on the card that was not open The reception Very bad service and a lot of noise from the cars.

it was right on interstate (25 yards away) so traffic noise was very bad. seemed like only 1 employee, constantly had sign on desk of being right back. desk was closed at checkout (8am).

Checkin around 11:00 since we drove 11 hours there. Front staff was out smoking, didn’t come in until she was done. Acted like she was put out because we were checking in. She was in her pajamas so that’s unprofessional and she gave us door keys, they worked for one room, the other they didn’t and trying to find her again was impossible. Finally had to call the hotel on my cell and talk to customer service
