This location is not ADA-compliant. My elderly friend struggled to get onto the high bed and fell twice. The restroom also lacks handrails, creating a safety risk for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, the manager was unfriendly and unhelpful

The mangers wife and daughter were very kind.

Were moved 3 times. 1st - Requested room one 1st floor. We were placed in a room on the second floor. We complained and were placed in a Handicap room on the 1st floor as we asked. 2nd - The shower drain backed up. We were moved to another room on the 1st floor. 3rd - My wife stepped on a cockroach in the bathroom during the night. (No sleep the rest of the night.)
The managers family tried to be helpful as much as they could. And were very apologetic. (Plus’s Note.)

Room was not good, the shower head and water pressure was the worst, couldn¿t take a good shower, towels had stains, no amenitie, the sheets were cringe, very small no closet, no drawers and they come banging on your door to tell you it¿s check out time

The staff were really rude and would not stop calling my room. Nowhere in their policy does it say no guests are allowed, I brought 2 friends who were only staying for 10min and we had not even settled in the room when they began to call and tell us that the guests had to leave or they would take matters into their own hands and kick us all out. The room was cheap, there was a huge hole in the wall that had fresh drywall. The sheets were old and smelled. The restroom was dirty and towels were old. There were signs of infestation.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
