Didn’t like asking for towels or room cleaning. Only received 2 towels at any time. Not enough. Room was never cleaned during our 10 night stay. I understand cutbacks, privacy, understaffing. But after 4 or 5 days the room should have been refreshed without being told to. Glad we’re not slobs! I guess this explains the bags of garbage and piles of towels in front of rooms. Not listed for cleaning that day. And there is a list! I saw it on the cart and the front desk checked too.

The suite had plenty of room for the four of us that stayed and the area felt safe.
Negatives:
Nothing stood out as not liking it, but the check in ending at midnight was a concern for us due to getting stuck in some traffic traveling down, so we were worried we’d miss the check in period. When I tried online check in earlier that day, the app said it wasn’t available at that time.
