Announced a $57 dog fee on top of my $170 reservation bringing it over $225, which was unexpected. Five or six guys sitting right outside my window, drinking beer, and being loud and boisterous was not acted upon by the front desk staff. Rather, they told me that those guys from the truck usually leave by about 8:15 or so at night, and that I should call to the desk again if they werent gone by then. When they werent, I asked the desk to handle it, and they asked me what I wanted them to do? I asked them to change my room. After some groveling, they agreed. As I walked from one wing to the next to my new room, the guy from outside came inside, carrying a case of beer, And were in the hallway at the room right next to the one that they were going to check me into. I went back to the front desk and asked them why they would put me next to those guys who they seem to know. They said to just go back to my old room. I did that, and spent the rest of the evening hearing the washing machines from the laundromat across the hall. The walls are clearly not up to the job of keeping the hotel rooms reasonably quiet at night. Also, the digital display on the alarm. Clock in my room didnt work, the television only worked on and off, so I gave up, And in general, I felt like I was being taken advantage of every level. Not good.
