The free shuttle to Disneyland. The staff was friendly. The castle theme.
Negatives:
No room service. No housekeeping unless requested after 3 days. The price for parking is, plainly put, stupid. The rooms are severely outdated and in major need for updating. The bathroom was extremely small. The small room refrigerator not only barely got anything cold, but also completely stopped working.

Positives:
The room was great although I was surprised that housekeeping didn't come one time in 4 days until the morning we were leaving about 8 am. It was fine we just called down when we needed something like towels toilet paper more coffee.
Negatives:
It was a great location and we even caught the fireworks from the hotel hot tub 2 nights in a row.

Shuttle to Disneyland was very prompt and courteous man driving the shuttle.
Negatives:
Trying to get out of the facility by car was hard. The machine that dispensed tickets and allowed the cars through, always gave us a problem and we had to go back inside to straighten it out. Seems like a fire hazard to make it where you can't get out without going through a problem. I can see having to get a ticket to check in thru the gate, but to make you sit and try to figure out how to get out was ridiculous. It happened every time.
