Shuttle to Disneyland was very prompt and courteous man driving the shuttle.
Negatives:
Trying to get out of the facility by car was hard. The machine that dispensed tickets and allowed the cars through, always gave us a problem and we had to go back inside to straighten it out. Seems like a fire hazard to make it where you can't get out without going through a problem. I can see having to get a ticket to check in thru the gate, but to make you sit and try to figure out how to get out was ridiculous. It happened every time.

the proximity to Disneyland. The room was large. The room was clean when we arrived. knowledgeable staff. helpfull staff.
Negatives:
The decor was very dated. The wifi was horrible. There was very little in the way of amenities in the room... styrofoam cups, one pod of coffee. we had to ask for cleanings. clunky access to luggage carts - needing to leave a drivers licence to use the carts. the food - aside from the Japanese restaurant - was very overpriced and very mediocre. no espresso. charging for plastic utensils. no microwave. designed to keep you spending money in their underwhelming restaurant. very poor storage and closet space. no smart tvs - needs to be updated badly.

It had transportation to Disneyland. The room was large. There were restaurants within the hotel.
Negatives:
The bathroom was not as clean as I prefer. The ceiling had water damage abd the shower head was crusted.
