The free shuttle to Disneyland. The staff was friendly. The castle theme.
Negatives:
No room service. No housekeeping unless requested after 3 days. The price for parking is, plainly put, stupid. The rooms are severely outdated and in major need for updating. The bathroom was extremely small. The small room refrigerator not only barely got anything cold, but also completely stopped working.
