The air conditioning was out in the entire facility... the rooms were up into the 80s There was no air flow, and no info from the front desk when it would be fixed. The guests that didn't wavy to stay, got referred over to Embassey Suites South. But the mess of registration was terrible, and getting FULL REFUNDS was not given. So terribly disappointed in Booking and Marriott.
Do better! Families sometimes have very strict budgets when going to Disneyland, and can't afford TWO holds on their cards.
