It was across the street from the Honda Center, 3 min drive from a Starbucks and Farmerboys, staff was friendly, parking on site at a decent price, and it was handicap friendly. Breakfast was included but we decided to beat traffic and left before it was served. They have a small amount of microwaveable food available for purchase so bring some paper plates with you just in case. In the lobby they had a gas fire going with seating. The room we got was spacious and they have a list of available tv channels for convenience.
Negatives:
The only thing that might bother some is that I could hear the people above us walking around.
