Room set up is awkward and didn't have much decor and the breakfast in the morning was horrible. In my family we have gluten and dairy sensitivities and there were only powdered eggs to eat. It was dirty and loud.

Unfortunately pillows were uncomfortable, rooms...

They did not have enough parking for the amount of guests that were booked. We had to drive to another area down the way and then walk to our hotel which was not ideal after such a long day at Disney nor felt safe. The bed was also not comfortable.

The area. The advertisement of a shuttle to Disneyland, that turned out to be a city bus. Staff hadn't information about the shuttle to provide. The shuttle cost extra.

You can hear everyone walking by the room, and the laundry room. Pilliows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was flooded after we showered and didn’t dry after a day. There is a parking fee also
