The best place to say...
Devin M. Couple November 18, 2025
Positives: The convenience of transportation to DIsneyland with the shuttle service in the Toy Story parking lot directly across the street is very nice. You even get to get through security at the lot itself which allows you to skip such security at Disneyland. The suite we stayed in is very spacious with lots of storage, but a very odd layout. The TV has more channels than the average hotel TV too. There is also a 24/7 self checkout small convenience store in the lobby that can only be accessed with your key card.
Negatives: The walls are paper thin. If a shower turns on, you'll here those pipes through the walls louder than any other hotel I have stayed in. A family above us woke up at the crack of dawn to probably get into Disney, but treating it like a party while their child ran across the floor multiple times. The room and especially the bathroom is pretty outdated. Checkerboard bathroom floor that hasn't been properly cleaned and as previously mentioned, an odd layout of the room. There is a random corner against the window surrounded by what appears to be the brick wall from the exterior that they just enclosed within the room? Also no USB ports in any of the lamps or the alarm. The WIFI also requires you to sign in again every single time you arrive to your room and it can be glitchy while not allowing you to sign in at all.

Positives: The property is the perfect location to walk from for Disney-Goers utilizing the Toy Story buses. I liked that the property had its own convenience store and restaurant.
Negatives: There was nothing I didn’t like.

My Favorite Anaheim Stay
Anonymous Couple November 14, 2025
Positives: The staff was great.
Negatives: The hotel wasn’t the best. The AC fan did not cool down the room. It was so hot I was sweating the whole time I was there. I called the front desk and the debt maintenance to “fix it”. Maintenance did the best they could but I wasn’t enough.
