I loved how clean our rooms were, and how well maintained the proper was. The kitchen staff were lovely, and very kind. They all were very attentive to people. This place is a great place to stay at due to it being very community friendly based. We felt like we were at home.
Negatives:
The only issue we experienced was the management forgot that we extended our stay for two extra days, so they didn’t inform the cleaning staff that information. They also forgot to put it in the system, and we were charged twice, but they fixed it at the end. Lastly, we got locked our room once due to the cards demagnetizing according to the staff, but they efficiently fixed our room card situation.

Keys never worked for the pool gate half the time (not just us other guests same problem). Yep brand new bathrooms near reception with no paper products, ie no toilet paper for my 7 year old that had already gone potty…begs the question: when was it last cleaned?! We Got the loft suite full kitchen for the week…full kitchen a farce:no dish soap, not a single sharp cutting knife, not a single pan you could put in the oven no water glasses and only 4 mugs and 4 hard alcohol tumblers for a rental that sleeps 8?!!
Loft king bed so outdated and uncomfortable. There are better places closer to the parks.
