Positives:
Room was clean. Breakfast options were amazing. Food service was great as well.
Negatives:
We arrived at 3:30 for a 4:00 check-in. The room was not ready until 4:10. I know 10 minutes isnt too bad, but we had reservations for 4:45 and every minute counted based on being able to check in at 4:00 at the latest.

The only thing we didnt care for was the blanket in the closet was very dusty.

We were up charged upon arrival for a higher level room (view of the highway) it had mold on the ceiling, a weird sour smell in the closet, the towel hook kept falling off, the handle in the shower would fall from warm to hot hot burning my son when he took a shower, the balcony was infested with spiders which we later found out so was the room, the curtain in-front of the window was broken and the ledge above the door the balcony was filthy.
They charged 25$ a day for parking with no security. The parking lot is shared with a nightclub.

The Lobby and restaurant/bar staff are all wonderful people who should get jobs elsewhere, immediately. Housekeeping is NOT cleaning. Head of housekeeping should be fired. Black mold in laundry rooms. Likely to become a condemned building.
Negatives:
Housekeeping staff barely make things look decent. Mattress covers stained, drawer pulls/knobs sticky, drains growing bacteria, mildew carpet. I borrowed hskp Lysol Beach spray and cleaned my room top to bottom. It was the best out of 3 rooms I was shown.

Ac in room was broken talked to the lobby said maintenance would come but no one came , had the king suite asked for extra blankets wasnt given . Booked a room with a better view paid more but was given second floor with no view

I like that this staff was super helpful Emmanuel was so informative answered all the questions I had. it was super clean great breakfast overall it was just a good hotel.
Negatives:
The thing that I did not like was the fact that I had to call twice to the front desk because our air conditioning was not working. The room was super stuffy so I had to call downstairs twice. The maintenance man had to come out twice.
