Negatives: The room smelled musty and had damp. The WiFi to watch video or work from you computer/any device has an extra cost. They a standard WiFi to check emails and send messages (it’s not the best one) but the reception is great for any carrier.

Negatives: The television in the bedroom flickered all the time, and the hinges to the door in the bathroom were loose, and made it hard to open and close the door.

Negatives: I didn't like that the parking wasn't secure and was very expensive $28 per night it's crazy usually hotels include parking everywhere we have been one of the reception ladies was very rude and her answers were super cold not welcoming at all I asked for 2 things and apparently they don't have access to basic house keeping stuff nice house keeping people leave also the was a bad rain for 2 days and the top was leaking by the arcade super risky and it was not fix the 4 days I was there

Negatives: It was all great except for elevators on our side not working

Negatives: The bed has bugs we all got bug bites. Carpet are dirty, pillow is old and the bedsheets are not clean

Negatives: Having to pay for parking seems really ridiculous. Especially after all the cost we pay to stay at the hotel.

Negatives: There is an infestation of mosquitoes in and all around the hotel hundreds of them.... Staff acted as if thet knew nothing or haven't had complaints i have my room cleaned in order to just lay down. Went to Walmart spent 60 dollars on replants thts how bad it was

Negatives: The bathroom was not great, the faucet was leaking all night, toilet paper wasn't supplied in the room, and the hook used to hang towels on the door was removed. I loved the idea of breakfast, but they ran out of foods like bacon and never re-stocked. I also booked a King suite but received a room with 2 Queen beds. It's not that it's a big deal, but I selected and paid for something and didn't receive it, only to find out that booking.com changed my reservation without alerting me and overrode my selection. Changes could not be made after I arrived at the hotel. If I booked directly with Embassy, I probably could've had the issue resolved.

Negatives: My room did not have a locking slider. I had the staff come up and check it out. He said there was a lock before he came up and when he got there, there was no way to lock the back slider door. It was 1 o’clock in the morning And I did not want to change rooms at that time. I had a very busy schedule over the weekend during the day so I didn’t come back. I felt unsafe I checked out early. My key constantly had to be activated, it would not open the door even right after activating it. I felt like I was more at a cheap motel than a luxury hotel. I truly I’m sorry for this review. I won’t stay at your hotel again not that one anyway.

Negatives: Bathroom light was broken. No restaurant or room service. Bar is the only place with food and it's barely open. Some elevators were down. Terrible TV reception. Cheap paper cups in the room instead of the glass ones at other hotels.

Negatives: I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room during my stay. There was a strong odor of mold and urine upon entering, and the towels, pillows, and bedsheets appeared unclean. Water from the tub leaked across the bathroom floor, making it slippery and unsafe. The carpet was visibly stained, and the shower head was covered in mold and soap scum. Additionally, the housekeeping staff repeatedly ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, which was very disruptive. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
