The hotel as we entered the lobby looked very nice. I liked that they had a bar inside of the hotel.
Negatives:
The room had a lot of windows which is why we chose it but since they put us on the second floor the only view we had was of the freeway and car parking structure. The bathroom smelled bad and that was enough for me to be uncomfortable . For the amount of money we paid the room should have been clean but it wasn't. We were dissatisfied which then had a huge effect on our time together making it more of a negative time together than positive.

Close to restaurants, the freeway. Breakfast was so good. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Our room door was too hard to open. Had to push it hard with shoulder to open, like if it was stuck. And push hard to shut it closed. Made so much noise. It needs to get fixed. Room 319. The shower soaps were not cleaned right. When I got in, the soap dispenser had hair on it.

Yes, when we were eating breakfast, I was approached by a staff member about being a member of Hilton Honors and what I had won. I knew that I had not really won anything and only being solicited. My family and I could not eat our breakfast in peace!
