Do not go here under any circumstance I'm begging you people, this place is disgusting on every level. When I go home I'm going to scrub myself down with rocks until I bleed just to get the disgusting feeling off my skin. Guess what? I was given the bed in the king room, one of the biggest rooms they had. They put “clean sheets” on top of “bloody sheets”. “Bloody”, you heard me right! “Bloody sheets”! It looks like somebody was stabbed to death on the bed. There's a big dry pool of blood where I was lying. I don't know, how anyone could have missed this if they were appropriately cleaning the rooms and sheets. A big pool of blood and then just splatters of blood all over the bed like, disgusting disgusting disgusting disgusting, and I cannot emphasize enough how freaking disgusting disgusting disgusting. You'll have a better chance with a dirty hooker with no protection than you will at this place to not catch whatever diseases are here I'm telling you dirty hooker, better chance. Please don't go here. The dirty bed was the end of the line for me I have kids, “KIDS!!!”. My kids were lying on this bloody bed that somebody was probably murdered on. Disgusting on the highest level. OH my god please have mercy on whoever was bleeding to death on this bed. Now, I know the photos aren't that bright, and the lighting's not the best to get clear but just imagine whatever you can see in the photos is brighter in person. I haven't mentioned anything about how disgusting and horrible and falling apart the rest of the room is I don't even want to put that in yet but the bed was the worst just see all the one-star reviews trust me they're 100% right. Oh, and I have to add before I forget. The towel’s there is something wrong with the towel’s it's like no matter how much they wash it they're still traces of stains a few of the towels are crusty like somebody cleaned up jizz and left it for days, weeks, or months.

I regret my decision and...
Positives:
The fact that it was so close to Disney Drop Off to get access to Disneyland besides that the facilities were horribly dirty unsanitized we were given a dirty room first had to go back down to the desk after being ignored and no hospitality skills in the front desk whatsoever they don’t smile they don’t greet you. They don’t make you feel like you are being welcomed and they’re happy to see you, there was a pile of blankets and sheets from the bed in the corner of the hallway when we were checking into our first room they were still there the day after we checked out we were originally given a dirty room had to go back down to get another room assigned Elevators don’t work facilities. Need to be kept clean and maintained. They even smell air conditioner was broken and made a lot of noise we couldn’t even sleep.

There was no hospitality from front desk. The ladies saw me come to the front desk. They ignored me. I had to ring the bell back out, so I can get attention from her. I was given a dirty room had to go back down to get another room sheets and blankets from clean rooms were left in the hallway when we were checking in and we’re still remained there the next day as we were checking out elevator don’t work air conditioner was down made a lot of noise and we couldn’t even Sleep, the whole facility was horrible and the gourmet breakfast they said they offered was just bagged oatmeal, hot cocoa and coffee with some granola bars that is not gourmet
