Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

What I like , I stayed at the hotel for along time, and first, it was a pleasant experience. I want to especially thank Deflino, Rachrid, and Brittany for their kindness and professionalism — they were always welcoming, respectful, and helpful. Also, Rayan, the manager during that time, was extremely cooperative and made sure everything was running smoothly.

What I dislike
Unfortunately, during my last days, the experience completely changed for the worse. A new team took over — Yanelis, Julina, and the new manager William — and sadly, they turned what had been a great stay into one of the worst experiences of my life. They were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic respect.
They also told me that cleaning is every 14 days despite it’s written on booking every 7 days and also house keeping members where too old and they hardly could clean the room
They repeatedly entered my room without knocking or asking for permission, using excuses like "maintenance" or "room service." There was absolutely no sense of privacy, and it felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
I really hope the hotel management addresses this issue, because no guest deserves to feel violated or disrespected in a place that should feel like a temporary home.
