Check in was 3pm we left Disney early to go check in so we could go back to parks. We waited 45 minutes for our room that was “being cleaned” just to be told another room was ready instead. We understand it happens, but our room was never being worked on the whole time we were waiting. I stay at plenty hotels and have never had to wait almost an hour past check in for a room. the gym was also awful.

Breakfast was good, and they handed out balloons which made it special. Our room was clean which we loved because we have stayed at hotels that haven’t been clean so it is worth the extra money.
Negatives:
Our shampoo was empty when we got there and was never refilled, and we would have like trash bags in the trash cans.

It’s clean, and quiet. The beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. My favorite part is the employees. They are kind, professional, and always greet me with a sincere smile.

Breakfast was okay. The location is great walking distance to Disneyland.
Negatives:
I have a 10 month old baby. And Since Friday night we were hearing very loud noises coming from the ceiling. She kept waking up throughout the night. Saturday night was even worse. I contacted front desk and they said they send security to check but that did not help. And the foot steps kept going thru the night. We had a rough night. Mu baby was not able to fall asleep because of how loud the foot steps were. It sound like they were jumping and running.
