Location was a decent. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet food. The hotel was clean.
Negatives:
We had to call for housekeeping services every day we were there. We were forced to valet our car, and we were not allowed to access our vehicle unless valet staff was present. We had a Valet driver drove our vehicle recklessly when pulled it out of the underground parking garage. Pool towels were not stocked. Hotel staff were very inconvenienced when asked for help for services they were suppose to offer.

Location fantastic (within 10min walk to Disney, even with kids), otherwise bus stop right on the entryway. Spacious, clean, welcoming staff.
Negatives:
Only negative is the water pressure in the shower was so low, I didn't even bother washing my hair since it took a long time to even wash off body gel. It felt more like a summer rain sprinkle. Also, and this is not the hotel's fault - be aware there is another Hilton Garden Inn/Garden Grove on the other side of town. We got on the wrong bus from Disney one night and ended up stranded close to midnight nearly 2miles away with a flat phone and no taxis. I just wasn't aware there was another HGI and was misdirected by the bus organiser.

Close, clean, cosy, friendly, highly...
Positives:
The staff were amazing! The breakfast was hearty and varied. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is only about a 10 min walk to the park.
Negatives:
The windows are WAY too thin. You could hear the highway so easily. Also the highway is bright and always busy. The air conditioning always lit up the room when it clicked on at night. Startled me awake a lot!
