The breakfast is an additional $15pp. The parking is limited. We ended up having to park at the restaurant next door but was still charged $25 for the night! Rip off!!!!!

Elevator. Only 1 elevator is working for the entire hotel. It takes so long every time to go up and down. Booking problem between hotel with booking agent about price. I booked with price line.com at price 107/night. But the front desk check me in with the price 187/night. And it takes more then 30 minutes to go through a discussion to get the honor for the same price. However, I still paid 155 because hotel tried to claim the parking fee while during booking the price line said It is a free parking.

The humidity in the room was super high and air was very stuffy. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, our room was next to smoking section outside so the cigarette smoke came directly into our window with no screen. The other hotel room doors were extremely loud when they would shut which kept waking us up at all hours of the night and morning. Pool and hot tub were dirty.

In most hotels you can select to not get your sheets changed every day. That makes sense to me. However at this hotel no services meant exactly that. We had trash overflowing all the cans and had to call to get the coffee bar restocked each day.
