We were on a generator because the power had gone out. Your staff said we could cancel but how would that helped me and my family of 8. It would have been extremely inconvenient to try to find a hotel at the moment. We needed to wait for security for him to create a key for us and we had to wait in line. This was not a short line. We had angry guests and it was very uncomfortable. We also didn’t have AC so that made the rooms very stuffy and uncomfortable. Our family was going to Disneyland the next day so we just dealt with it. Your staff never offered any upgrades, discounts or credits which was very disappointing. I’d like some kind of compensation for our inconvenience.

Location was close to Disneyland. Comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Fireworks could be seen from hotel parking lot.
Negatives:
Power went out and had to check out early, I have two children, staff was not prepared to handle power outrages. Housekeeping was not a daily process, you have to ask for service.

The location was great. That's about the only thing.

To start off we were giving a room key to somebody else's room and I walked into thier room while they were sleeping with my entire family. Honestly a traumatizing experience in itself. Then I get told they would refund parking fee plus 100$ for the inconvenience. Never received a refund for the parking fee nor the 100$ for inconvenience. When I tried calling the hotel they just said to contact my bank. Would never stay here again.
