Room was amazing. Staff was very nice.

Parking was horrible. They ran my card before I got there and it was declined and they canceled my reservation I made 3 months beforehand. I got an email but I was at the airport boarding a plane when I saw it. I messaged them to try again and they didn't. They just canceled it. This left me to get one that night for $100 more. On top of $50 parking fee and additional deposit of $100. $250 out of nowhere for a hotel room is ridiculous. Never going there again.

We like the staff they were very helpful we liked the rooms they were clean and very nice.
Negatives:
We didn't like that you couldn't take your breakfast back to your room I've never stayed a hotel where you can have the option of taking your food back to your room so that was different and it was just like a continental breakfast so it wasn't like we had eggs and bacon or anything like that which would be nice I can see maybe not want nope can't even see that cuz other hotels are staying in they've always let us take our breakfast back so work on that I think that would be cool sometimes you have kids and you don't want to drag them all the way down to the room cuz they'll scream in it crying that way you can just take the food back to the room Sit Them Down feed them it makes a little more convenient thank you.

Staff was great, the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful when we look for food at our late arrival, rooms were clean and ready for us.
Negatives:
Too much noise, seems like the other guests don’t care/respect other guests resting time, there was noise throughout the night, but louder around 2AM for sure, I remembered loud noise in the hallway that woke me up and unfortunately was unable to go back to sleep and had a long drive to south California.
