La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim Disneyland

Negatives: Found a condom in room and mold. They asked to move us rooms but I had booked 2 rooms one for us and one for our caregiver and they refused to move both

Negatives: There was no hot water. When I woke up to shower I couldn’t take one.

Negatives: That there wasn’t enough washcloths! It was an inconvenience to go to Target to buy washcloths because we had 2 washcloths for 7 people.

Negatives: Beds not comfortable, sofa bed horrible. No help from staff when we asked for a different mattress for sofa bed they said everything is locked up at night couldn’t help us. Also could not provide any more pillows or comforters. Staff at night repeatedly told us they could do nothing and to check with day staff.

Negatives: Unclean but tidy. Not enough space to get ready. 1 mirror in whole space. Could hear everything neighbors did. Kids running all day and night. View of parking garage.

Negatives: The room was a bit dusty and it could use a refresh.

Negatives: The breakfast room was a big failure the room was very untidy we had to clean our tables every morning and chairs garbage bin full to the max 5 days in a row ask for hot water milk or coffee it was like a lady whats your problem take a ticket and wait for your turn cant really blame the girl who work there she was all by herself that was the downfall of the breakfast room

Negatives: We only stayed one night.ita great for a budget hotel.

Negatives: There breakfast was horrible, the halls smelled like pot, the showers and bedding were not clean, we found hair from other people that stayed before us in the showers and bedding. They didn’t restock the supplies in the hotel room, All night someone was running back and forth and jumping so the roof was pounding loudly all night. We called the front desk multiple times and nothing was done about it. We had a horrible nights rest 2 nights in a row and the hotel didn’t want to do anything to accommodate us nor was it easy to get a hold of a manager. Non of the workers knew how to handle a complaint other than to email the manager. Management wouldn’t even come to phone when I called to speak to the manager. Her response was she would email me. Her email didn’t address the major issues like the loud noise all night long for two nights she only addressed the ones she could come up with an excuse for. This manager was not helpful in anyway nor did she even care that we had a bad stay at her hotel. Not even a kind word of I’m so sorry you had a bad experience here. Nothing but excuses.

Negatives: Room was okay. We did find Roaches in the room probably wont be booking again.
