My room was a smokers room and I didn’t know. Called the front desk to ask for an alternative because the smell was horrible and she was didn’t help me at all. Her answer was : “ you booked a smoking room” and it wasn’t even labeled like that when I booked.
Then, when I was walking to the room about 10 police patrols were in the parking lot arresting a group of people who seemed guest from the hotel. The police was there for hours and it didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all.

The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Wifi wasn't working well so they found me a room with working wifi and even carried my luggage from room to room. Housekeeping daily ad well.
