Them wANTING TO COME IN AND CHECK YOUR ROOM EVERY DAY. THEY CHARGE A $160 TOCOVER THINGSTHAT MAY HAPPEN BUT THE ROOOM CHEKC WAS A LITTLE ANNOYING AND INSULTING

The room had a big lake

Close to Disney.
Negatives:
There were people loudly outside the doors at all hours of the night. Hot tub was just warm. Showers had no anti-slip making it difficult to shower.
Positives:
The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it close to Disneyland.
Negatives:
There were a few things I did not like. 1) there are bed bugs. My family was bitten by them all over their body. 2) the shower head had no filter on the textures. 3) the bathroom door did not close. Never staying here again!!!

The location and the pricing.The staff was helpful and friendly .

There was a bad odor in the room. I believe it was coming from the drains but staff did try to remedy the issue twice for us.

The staff was friendly. The parking was free and safe.
Negatives:
The door had a gap it was not sound proof.We could hear anyone walking by. The towels&sheets were thin and scratchy.The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. The room was poorly maintained and repaired with holes in the tub, gashes and stains on the walls.

The pool and hot tub were cold and dirty.The point of getting this hotel was to have a warm hottub to relax in after a long day.The beds are the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.
Positives:
The shower had good pressure and warm water. There was a microwave and a mini fridge.
Negatives:
There was holes in walls filled in by toilet paper in the bathroom. (Weird). Door hinges were damaged. When we turned off the lights they still flickered. The cable went out 90% of the time.
