we had a very nice time at this location. We were there for a week and were very comfortable. the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel employee in the caf area was spot on We felt very welcomed, and as if we were staying with family.

this seems very tiki tack, especially for Southern California, but it wouldve been nice to have more water pressure.

I stayed in a room with a kitchenette, which was very convenient for cooking meals for my son. The location was peaceful, and the view of the mountains from my room was excellent. The housekeeping service was efficient, cleaning the room every three days. They were also helpful in assisting me with various needs, such as using the washer and dryer for laundry and informing me where to dispose of full garbage bags, I forget the pool was good and beauty. My stay was 10 nights.
Negatives:
The size of the trash cans is quite small. The breakfast is good, although the menu tends to be repetitive. However, it's not a major issue.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good it was just about 15min to Disney. I liked the late checkout as well.

The facility is very very old, the guy at the front desk was not nice at all. There was virtually no housekeeping, after a long day at Disney, I came back to a room that was not cleaned, I had no towels, when I complained the guy at the front desk simply told they are short staffed so housekeeping smh!!, it was not a good experience at all. I will definitely not stay there again.

You cancel my fully paid reservation given 1 month prior to our visit with. Cancel a night before arrival and was informed few hrs before my travel from Chicago. You overbooked for little money and give hardship to your customers. Front desk staff was not courteous and seems like doesnt care his job.
