The lady @ front desk with long curly black hair was absolutely sweeter than pie. The room very clean with all kitchen equip supplied & even a card from the housekeeper that stated Hi I cleaned room please dial ext x for issues.

It's a studio, so there are oven, fridge, microwave, utensils, but I dont use them.

There are bed bugs. They also charge $7 a day for parking.

the staff was awesome. she was very accommodating to our requests to change room and for more pillows, etc. I forgot my phone charger after checked out, but the hotel staff called us multiple times to come pick up.very nice gesture

must say a parking fee was a surprise considering the type of hotel and its location for not having a secured parking lot with attendants

Missed amenities like breakfast and pool. Check in area is cramped. Room was advertised as a Queen but bed was actually a double and so cramped that my husband and I had trouble sleeping.

Super clean! Well lighted parking lot even after arriving at 11pm. Thought we might not find parking after leaving Disney late but their was plenty of parking.

I personally dont mind the traffic noise too much, but for light sleepers, its good to know it is located directly in front of an LA fwy.

The location is excellent for what I was doing in the area. Central to highways. The weekend front desk person was amazing she was funny efficient and provided genuine customer service glad they had a kitchen in unit.
Negatives:
At check in, general manager wanted to debate about what type of review I would leave because the parking fee was not disclosed until I arrived on property. Security guard on site was unprofessional and the parking lot dark and unsafe.

The room smell was awful!! Tv setup was very limited and basic. The shower curtain didnt have a plastic liner so all the water was splashing out onto the floor. When i stepped out of the shower there was a huge puddle of water on the ground.

the room had a bad smell, the fridge leaked every time I would start the ice machine. their was an old towel inside the sink cabinet. facilities had no pool area when i thought i saw one on the website. the floors and walls are pretty thin were you can hear them walking around up stairs or talking next door.
