The lady @ front desk with long curly black hair was absolutely sweeter than pie. The room very clean with all kitchen equip supplied & even a card from the housekeeper that stated Hi I cleaned room please dial ext x for issues.

Stayed less than an hour and upset we were charged for one night.
Overall we did not feel safe and wife was in tears.
Room and hallway stunk of weed.
Tub was stained and needs repair.
AC system had some strange attachment or vent tube from the living room through a hole in the wall to the bedroom.
Long term sketchy residents coming and going and socializing in the parking lot at a corner covered area in the corner of the property with little to no lighting at night.
$7 Charge for parking when there is no security and not well lit.
Lobby was none existent and staff works behind a plastic barrier with no branding of who they are in relation to their employment with Sonesta. Saw three different staff in less than an hour and you really don't know who you are giving your credit card two. Employee, employee friend, etc.
Will never go to a Sonesta property again.

The location of this hotel is convenient and in a relatively safe area.

The rooms were filthy and had a very bad smell. The washing machines in the laundry room did not function properly.

I was given a different room when the toilet leaked and flooded the original room I was staying in.
Negatives:
The system that handles payments. My card was considered a prepaid card when it’s not. I was told there has been trouble in the past of the deposit not being returned. The toilet in my room also started leaking at 3am which led us to quickly leave in the middle of the night.
