Positives:
The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was offered help by the cleaning staff when asking where the guest laundry was located. My mom needed ADA access and Kim at the front desk assisted us in locating the ramps and even held the door open for us.
Negatives:
The guest laundry only accepted quarters but there was not a quarter machine. We were also hoping for a heated pool.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Quite a variety of healthy breakfast choices. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Positives:
The breakfast was nice, lots of options, and I appreciated that they served it until 10. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. Cokes in the vending machine were surprisingly cheap. Location was convenient. Plenty of parking.

I didn’t like that the bed was hard & I had to use two remotes to work the TV.
I don’t like that booking doesn’t offer state/government rate which in the future I will book through the hotels directly

The bed and pillows were HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Sadly we won't be back because of that. We were just waaaay too sore. Otherwise it would have been the new weekend go to place.
