after notifying the staff my toilet as making odd sounds.. and it was looked at by maint. and cleared. it erupted like a volcano the morning of dec 28- while i was in shower.
Negatives:
the manner in which the GM and the asst. GM handles customer grievances. they don't. ocean, the asst. gm is not only flirtatious and not serious he compromises safety of guests. the gm is never around or shows her presence. the staff is young.

Location was very convenient with easy access to many restaurants within walking distance. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Great lobby area for visiting. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Complimentary continental breakfast would be a nice addition.
