Positives:
The Springhill Hotel has one of the best free breakfast of most hotels in its class. the serve a variety of fruit, vegetables and vegan items. But, if your're looking for a traditional american breakfast, the Springhill has it and more. Outstanding!

From the quick check in to the quite rooms and breakfast in the morning I enjoyed my overall experience!!

Very good location for our purpose. Breakfast was pretty standard free motel offerings. Very good coffee.

Room coffee maker was broken and not fixed. Room TV had several channels not showing, again not fixed.

Pool was closed, and that was one of our requirements! Were told we could have used neighbouring pool but didn't want the inconvenience!
Believe it would have been courteous to inform us of pool closure before our stay.

Homeless man came in to take breakfast a couple of times. This made the guests extremely uncomfortable and guests stopped having breakfast. The poor female staff tried to ask him to leave but in vain. Hotel should have security guards on duty like other hotels. The presence of Homeless at the hotel is a major deterrent to staying at this hotel in the future
