Negatives: My accommodations were not met like I was told they would be. I'm disabled and have certain criteria's to be able to properly and safely do things. I couldn't get in to the tub/shower facility and when I did try I fell and bruised up my leg. The tub was slippery inside like a slimy kind of feel and the shower handicap rail was coming loose from the wall. The gentleman who checked us in double charged us. Then he tried to accommodate my needs by bringing me a shower chair. However that chairs legs were bent and it wasn't sturdy. if I would of sat on it. It would have broken underneath me. The bed was so tall I couldn't get in it. We checked in late do to being on the road for 16 hours. I needed to get off my legs and back to relax as my legs were so swollen from the long drive. I couldn't even get into the bed. My husband was finally able to help me in. However he is a cancer survivor and just had major surgery 3 weeks ago and was on weight lifting limits. Normally he helps me out more. However for this vacation he himself had to take it easy. Therefore I really needed to have my needs met at hotel to be able to be more efficient for myself. I would never stay here again. The gentleman who checked us in said the lady who booked us must have had mis communication with me and my needs. Well I'm not trying to be gripping but if you help book a room for someone you need to have proper communication and understanding of the persons needs , requests and wants in their room for comforts. We didn't even eat breakfast the next morning and we checked out 3 hours early after not sleeping well.
