I didn’t like anything.
Negatives:
There was pet hair behind and under the bed.
The staff was kicking us out early even though we had requested late check out when we first arrived at midnight.
The room smelled heavily of cleaning products yet wasn’t clean.
The breakfast was mediocre.
Staff was not nice.
Pillows were dirty.
Not sure how this was heavily rated, because this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Wish we could have left but it was 3am when we arrived. I would have slept it my car if I hadn’t been for my small child.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast room was a little small but the food was delicious and hot. Scrambled eggs and bacon, pastry, cereals, toast and bagels.

Room was quiet, clean, large. Decent breakfast. Great location. Front desk staff mostly polite and helpful. Room attendants helpful and kind.
Negatives:
Breakfast room a bit small. Front desk charges $25 extra for 25 min early check in (3:00 check in time). By the time check in is completed, find a parking spot, unload baggage, take elevator to room, it would have been 3:00 pm. 4-6 pm happy hour includes cookies and coffee on a first come first served basis. Malfuntioning door lock or key cards. Cards had to be replaced multiple times.

Positives:
The Hotel was quiet and employees very nice. even though I did not like the breakfast, it was nice offering. Nicely Located off fwy and 1 exit away from pismo beach area. Colombian coffee was good! Pillows very comfortable.
Negatives:
had to call frontdesk bc Shower pushed out cold water. Maintenance guy had to 'JIGGLE' shower knob in order for heat to come. Cobb webs in corner of ceilings, and the breakfast was very low quality...Bacon YUK, Eggs not real :(.
