Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Nancy who is always pleasant. The front desk staff, amazing. Asked for a room looking towards the mountains, never a problem. The hotel is walking distance to great restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Everyone at the hotel is always very pleasant. Have stayed there now about 10 times, never disappointed.
