AC had a loud noise where we had difficulty sleeping. Told front desk not to issue room, till repair made. Maintenance came to our room before checking out. Apologized for it and said that unit is old and in the process of replacing it. Front desk said I must email manager for a partial refund, but Ivan never replied to my email request. As my wife is a Bonvoy member we would have expected better service.

There were long black hairs in the shower. Water ran out while I was in the shower. I was double charged for the stay. Manager wasn’t able to fix that since they were out for the week.

I actually did not get to Atascadero due to a medical emergency. I had requested that the bill for this one night stay be refunded to the circumstances. However, I had no response from the hotel.

The ac unit was incredibly loud. We also heard doors banging all night long. Charging station not working.

Greeted at reception when we arrived by an efficient and friendly staff member. Great selection at the breakfast and managed by a friendly upbeat staff member.

The waffles were inedible they were so sweet, unhealthy. However, everyone else seem to enjoy them.

This is a beautiful refurbished hotel. We did get a very good prize through booking which made it even nicer. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean and efficient, and it had easy parking. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and took advantage of the sparkling, clean pool.
