Clean, easy to get around. Wonderful pool and spa, nice workout room, good bar and restaurant on property. Plenty of free parking. Housekeeping cleans the rooms and replaces towels ever day. Strong shower. Great comfortable room and excellent bed. Good location Friendly and helpful staff.

The reception desk staff were polite, warm and very accommodating. They anticipated what I needed at that time (e.g., bottled water) and provided me with knowledgeable advise on where to go and how to get there. I've been to many hotels in different places, and to many Holiday Inn hotels at that. But those in Auburn are the exceptional crew! I greatly relish and I'm extremely pleased with my 2-minute interactions with them!
