Room was cost effective and clean. We checked in late and out a day early. They ended up only charging us for the days stayed which was nice.

The location wad good.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the rooms, filthy floors, on our first day there we discovered empty beer cans underneath the heat/AC unit, and underneath the tub mat was what looked like an attempt to repair the tub, and conceal it. One of the days we wanted new linens, and cleaning, and they still missed getting g the cans, and all we got was fresh towels.x.
The building is in poor shape, the rooms need to be completely overhauled.
It appears that there are full-time tenants residing at this property and drugs are being used on the property, as there was a constant smell of Marijuana. Also, people were lurking around guests vehicles in the parking lot.
The office behind the reception area looked dirty and in disarray.
There were a couple of nights that we did not feel safe.
