They advertise a heated pool and jacuzzi, that’s why I chose this, No heated pool, cold, had to ask the staff., 30 min. before, to turn on the heater for the Jacuzzi, I deserve a partial refund, false advertising. I will go elsewhere in the future. No breakfast, just coffee What ?
