Positives:
Breakfast was good (sausage patty and a biscuit) breakfast area was nice. Gated parking was appreciated as the neighborhood looks a little shady. Mattress was comfortable. Price was good for what you get.
Negatives:
Pillows were the size of throw pillows. pillow slips smelled and looked dirty, curtains looked like they had dirt on them where you grab to draw together, towels and bath rugs had stains on them. Staff was not very welcoming like they didn’t like their job, a man was smoking pot by the back entrance door when we arrived he left the door ajar so other people could come in, the carpet in the hallway had large bleach stains in several places. The elevator seemed old and rickety.

Worst breakfast service ever. Out of eggs, butter milk, potatoes, waffle mix. Coffee out twice but did refill that. Staff was rude about breakfast issues and hostess blamed the management. This was by 8am on Saturday. Better on Sunday but still out of items. No ice whole stay as were told you only had one for whole hotel but is was broke and leaking. Staff also refused cash for $5 items from store. Also refused to charge to room as it was my wife and it was in my name. She had a room key and same last name. We did without. I believe that was Brian.

The housekeepers were friendly.
Negatives:
The room, walls and carpets in the hallways were dirty. We had no hot water and couldn't shower and the manager was rude and refused to give us a refund. None of us could shower during our stay.

Absent staff. Booked online and given a free room which we had to pay an undisclosed deposit for. The entire hotel smelled like weed, even our “non smoking” rooms. Very disgusting. “Breakfast” was very sparse.
