Days Inn by Wyndham Bakersfield

Negatives: See above. Sorry, I typed in the wrong spot. The only thing I kinda liked was the mattress was comfortable. Room was in transition (?). No lamps, no fridge, no micro, no wifi (never connected), no earthlight, no Kleenex, broken screen & security lock didn't work.

Negatives: The room did not feel clean, the shower was gross. There was plastic on the mattress. We did not have a remote for the tv on our room. We had to go find one at 11:30 pm.

Negatives: No coffee cups available in whole hotel / I asked staff and she said there is nothing available anymore and she is waiting for shipment (no cups in the room anyway)- it is not acceptable. When I asked to speak to manager she told me to just dial 9 and it was not even available to speak to anyone. Morning staff was rarely available - she left to take FaceTime call (seems like personal call ) leaving at least 2 guests other than me waiting for at least 5 min. If it is her break- someone should’ve been able to take over her duty, it was around 8am and it is busy time for motel business.

Negatives: Didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning wasn't working, shady people walking around , parking too far away from room telephone wasn't working, so I canceled and left. It was too much

Negatives: Very dirty, very worn, hair in the tub, smelled of cigarettes, no water pressure, everything was dirty the towels had stains

Negatives: I have tried to contact booking.com with the phone number provided to me and put on hold for over an hour and a half. I need somebody to contact me or there is going to be a lawsuit happening here. 661-394-9810. I have sent in my review I have not been contacted my husband could have been electrocuted in this motel. The sewer line from above rain down filthy sewer water into the bathroom my husband stepped into the bathroom in the middle of the night and got shocked when he turned the light on somebody better f****** get a hold of us. We want our money back that's all we're asking. Management at the motel helped us not one bit. Contacting booking.com is a nightmare. Very unhappy will not be using your facility again ever

Negatives: The people above us were up all night running around. Around 3:00 in the morning we started hearing water dripping and then discovered that that water dripping was into the bathroom from the upstairs. The water was coming in through the light fixture and sprinkler system and vent. The bathroom was completely flooded and in the dark my husband went in to use the bathroom depth in turn the light fixture on at the same time he stepped into the floor being full of water. He did get a little shock. It could have been deadly! We contacted the desk and the girl came and took a picture and said she would notify management. 2 hours later we still have not heard anything from management. We couldn't use the bathroom as the water poured in. The toilet was wet all the towels were soaked the shower tub was full of dirty water from above. We were finally at 10:00 a.m. to be moved to another room when check out is at 11:00. We were also then offered that we could use the shower in the room next door. That is not acceptable at all. We were there to relax and to relieve some stress and instead we got more stress and my husband could have been electrocuted. And all they're doing is offering to let us have an extra hour in our room and to use the shower from next door? Totally unacceptable! We need to be reimbursed for the room!
