The picture you see does not match the room you get.
No microwave or mini fridge in the room
The room was dirty and infested with roaches.
Also it was a non smoking room and the room smelled so bad I had to make another reservation somewhere else.
I requested help from the front desk but the guy said all he can do is give me a room spray to make it a lil better and that he also gonna ask the guy staying next door to smoke weed outside instead of inside so that it doesn't smell worse.
My 2 years old has asthma.!!!
This is a horrible hotel, the worst experience I had.

The property was dirty, there were a lot of homeless people in the area. I saw one person selling drugs to some people that were staying in a room. There was also a large party going on in the parking lot by people staying there. Also the heater in the room didn’t work.

1. DO NOT STAY HERE
2. Poop stain on the bed sheet that we have to remove the sheet.
3. Overwhelming smell of smoke even though booked a non smoking room, linen and sheets reeked of smoke. We had to have the ac on all night to help. I have asthma and it caused me to be up half the night- we book a NON smoking room for this reason. Not good enough.
4. Brought these issues up- told to wait for manager, ‘manager’ arrived - told us that another manager won’t be in for 4 days because there’s something going on in the town?!
5. Told to ring booking.com - phone in room didn’t work, we can’t ring on ours so no way to contact & request refund. Not helpful at all
6. Burn marks on the toilet from cigarettes
7. No fridge no microwave even with designated area for them
8. Pool but goodluck swimming with no water
9. No selection for ‘breakfast’- it’s a granola bar, oats or water. US breakfasts are normally not great but this was a new level.
10. Had to park 100 yards from room with Luggage and carry upstairs (no elevator) as there was no parking near our room. Also shady characters in the parking lot consuming alcohol. Safety gates never closed.
11. Shady area but I think that’s just Bakersfield. Whole town has a drug problem.
